355 Congress Street, located in Boston’s Seaport District, is one of the area’s oldest and most venerable traditional commercial buildings. Our challenge was to elegantly blend authentic loft spaces with modern luxury finishes. Spaces include an expansive open living/dining area, tumbled marble fireplace, chef’s kitchen, master bedroom with marble en-suite bath, and walk-in closet.

The custom copper facade work showcases the building’s unique and historic features. Each cornice and dental molding was hand formed. These details really make the new building stand out in the neighborhood and set this landmark building apart from its neighbors

Brookside at 999 Hancock Street in Quincy offers discerning residents the ultimate in modern luxury living. No expense was spared in the design or install of these beautifully appointed units. We provided complete finishes from kitchen cabinetry to window treatments and millwork.

This location was transformed into three luxurious units by strategically renovating and developing the original, single-family living space. With a completed renovation to the interior as well as the exterior, the space was reimagined and transformed into a completely new living area that leaves nothing to be desired. From custom millwork and cabinetry to imported stone for the chef’s kitchen counters to the gorgeous full-height backsplash and waterfall details, these units are stunning from top to bottom.

This lovely south end brownstone underwent a much needed renovation. The existing space was renovated, meanwhile the acquisition of a neighboring lot allowed for an addition, creating close to double the square footage.The new space was used amongst three luxurious units creating opening and inviting spaces with ten-foot ceilings throughout. Each unique in its own way from a modern approach or a more traditional no detail was left to chance. The penthouse, for instance, boasts a private elevator and rooftop deck overlooking the Boston skyline.
